So wua (WebMario User Accounts Manager) is only accessible if you use the password given by the website owner (me/WebMario). The wua stores info abut users, there name and their rank. So it is rarely given to anybody. The other admin panel page is specifically to manage account like terminate, block and view their accounts if needed. In order to use this, you have to be a high priority admin, And have the password given by the owner once again.
